Once a booking is confirmed with a deposit, prices will not be altered. There is no refund for early departure. Although we will try to meet your requests, room preferences and requests are not guaranteed.
The primary guest listed on the booking and checking in must be aged 18 years or over. Identification will be required when checking in. Check-out time is by 10:00am on the day of departure.
We have a very strict 'no party' policy and no noise after 10pm. We ask guests to respect those around them and consider other guests around you. Should these guidelines not be followed, guests may be asked to leave, without refund.
Please be aware a $300.00 preauthorisation will be charged against your credit card as a security hold on the day of check-in. This is to cover against lost keys/fobs, damage, breakages and carpet or other cleaning. The preauthorisation is a security hold and not a charge and will be released 7-9 days after checkout.
Payment Methods: Direct Deposit, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard and Amex accepted. Cash payment not accepted.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Cancellation Policy
Low/Mid Season
- More than 7 days notification: Refund of deposit less $110 administration fee.
- 7 days or less notification: Full accommodation cost is payable.
High/Peak Season
- More than 30 days notification: Refund of deposit less $110 administration fee.
- 30 days or less notification: Full accommodation cost is payable.
Tariffs and Deposits
Tariffs are subject to change without notice, unless the booking has been confirmed by the receipt of the deposit in which case the tariff will be honoured.
Low/Mid Season
A $200.00 deposit is required to confirm each booking. The remaining balance will be taken 7 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable if cancelled.
High/Peak Season
A $500.00 deposit is required to confirm each booking. The remaining balance will be taken 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable if cancelled.
If we are unable to process the final balance, Monaco will make contact with the guest via contact details given at the time of booking. You will have an additional 48 hours to contact us to confirm final payment otherwise the booking will be released and deposit lost in full.
Early Departures/Change of Dates
No refunds will be given for early departures. The changing of dates can be altered subject to availability and at the discretion of Management. Accommodation rates will also be adjusted accordingly.
